As a former Lakeville North High School and University of Minnesota standout, as well as a 2 time Major League Baseball Draft selection, Mike’s game experience in high level baseball is hard to rival.  Throughout his professional career in the Astros and Twins farm systems, Mike was able to play for two organizations that currently hold some of the best young talent in Major League Baseball today.  In those 6 years, Mike played in all 3 levels of the field, with time at 3B, Catcher, and OF.

Toby is an Idaho native who grew up playing baseball, basketball, and football. He has gathered a large amount of his baseball experience and knowledge while playing for the Minnesota Gophers where he was a 3-year starting pitcher. Leading the team in wins in 2016 and 2017, Toby tallied over 200 career innings in his time with the Gophers. Toby spent his summers playing in the Northwoods Collegiate League for the Duluth Huskies where, in 2015,  was awarded the “Finest in the Field” for the player with the highest fielding percentage in their respective position.

Zach grew up in Farmington playing baseball and basketball in high school. He was 4-year starting pitcher and outfielder for his high school team, earning 4 letters in the process. He won all conference as a pitcher in 2019 and finished his senior season by having the 4th most single season strikeouts, 6th most single season wins, and top-ten single season innings pitched in his high school’s history.  Zach spent his travel baseball days playing for HTP Sports academy where he won numerous awards including the 2018 Raptor of the Year and 2018 Elite Fall League MVPitcher. Zach committed to play D2 baseball at the University of Sioux Falls after high school.

Kyle was a multi-sport athlete in high school playing both baseball and hockey. While at Hopkins Kyle was a three-year varsity starter for both hockey and baseball earning all-conference honors in both sports during his junior and senior years. After graduation from Hopkins High School in 2011, Kyle signed to play collegiate baseball at DII Concordia University St. Paul.

Jeff has been a strength and conditioning/sports performance coach since 2011, and has been involved in increasing the athletic performance of athletes of all ages and skill levels.  He brings with him great knowledge, Passion and enthusiasm for strength and conditioning and sports performance. Jeff was a 2011 Graduate from the University of Minnesota Duluth where he earned a BASc in Exercise science.

Private lessons consist of direct 1-on-1 training with the ability to dive deeper into more nuanced developmental content while still allowing for more time with the developmental training tools (HitTrax and Rapsodo) as well as further instruction/analysis.
